Terms & Conditions of Memberships, Ticket Purchases, Blog Content, Apparel Purchases and Attendance at Aus Womens Golf Events (AWGN).

AWGN Event Cancellation & Credit Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you are no longer able to attend an AWGN event, please contact us as soon as possible.

Event registrations are non-refundable for change of mind or personal circumstances.

Where you provide AWGN with notice of your cancellation, the value of your registration may be issued as an AWGN credit, which can be used within 60 days of the original event date toward:

  • Registration for another eligible AWGN event; or

  • Merchandise purchased through the AWGN online store.

Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will expire at the end of the 60-day period.

If your replacement event or merchandise purchase is of a higher value, you will simply need to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, any remaining credit must be used within the original 60-day validity period.

Event cancellations by AWGN: If AWGN cancels an event and an appropriate alternative cannot be provided, affected participants will be contacted regarding the options available to them.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-attendance

Non-attendance of any event due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, or a transfer to another event.

Membership Term and Renewal

An AWGN Membership is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

No Cooling-Off Period

Except where required by applicable law, there is no cooling-off period for the purchase or renewal of an AWGN Membership. By purchasing or renewing a Membership, the member acknowledges that their Membership commences immediately and is subject to the cancellation and refund provisions set out in these Terms.

Automatic Renewal

Memberships may automatically renew for successive annual periods unless cancelled by the member prior to the renewal date. Members are responsible for managing their subscription and ensuring their payment details remain current.

Cancellation by Member

A member may cancel the automatic renewal of their Membership at any time prior to the next renewal date. Cancellation will prevent future renewals only and will not entitle the member to a refund of any current Membership period.

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds after a renewal payment will only be considered at AWGN’s sole discretion in circumstances of demonstrated hardship or events beyond the member’s reasonable control. A refund administration fee of up to 15% of the applicable Membership fee may apply.

Non-Transferable Membership

Memberships are personal to the member and are not transferable. A member shall have no right to sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of their Membership or any rights arising under these Terms.

Changes to Membership Benefits

AWGN reserves the right to amend, vary, add to or remove Membership benefits, inclusions, features or services at any time without compensation, provided that the fundamental nature of the Membership remains substantially unchanged.

Suspension and Termination

AWGN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Membership, without refund, where a member breaches these Terms, engages in unlawful conduct, abuses Membership privileges, or acts in a manner that may adversely affect AWGN, its members, partners or reputation.

Member Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including contact details and payment information. AWGN is not responsible for any loss of Membership benefits arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the member.

Executive member merchandise packs are delivered after the 8th monthly payment for members under a monthly payment plan.

Whenever we collect personal information from you we will do so in a lawful and fair way. We will also advise you how and where to contact us. Apparel and Accessories

AWGN always wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the item doesn't fit or you simply change your mind no problem, all items can be returned in new condition within 30 days from the invoice date.To be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange:

  • All items must be returned in new unworn condition.

  • Footwear must be returned in the original box and soles must be unmarked. Please do not put any tape or stamps on the shoe box.

  • All apparel must be returned unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached and in packaging.
