Oh WOW, our recent VIRTUAL NUTRITION EVENT was such a vibe!

Members and Ambassadors from all over Australia came together online to learn from Ceps Domingo, a nutritionist, personal trainer, and all-around wellness expert from Chris Webbs Fitness.

We dived into how to actually enjoy your festive feasts with family and still lose fat (yes, really!). No calorie counting, no food measuring—just smart, sustainable strategies you can use all year round. We covered how different body fat ranges change your eating rules, introduced calorie cycling as the ultimate holiday game plan, and shared Ceps’ personal “deplete days” strategy to prep for big events or reset after indulgence.

Plus: tips on intermittent fasting, appetite control, and which foods help you stay satisfied so you don’t overdo it.
