Golf Under Lights!

Last night, AWGN hosted an incredible golf clinic under the stars at Yarra Bend Golf, and it was a smashing success! With the fantastic facilities, unseasonably warm weather, and wonderful food and wine, the event was nothing short of amazing.

Thank you to John McKay and his incredible team for helping us transform their private area into a magical space for our participants.

As we enjoyed the evening, a question arose among the group: Why aren't more private golf clubs investing in lighting up their driving ranges and practice areas?

By doing so, clubs could make the most of their already wonderful facilities and create a unique and inviting atmosphere for golfers to improve their skills all year round (not just daylight saving).

The possibilities for growth and fun are endless with illuminated driving ranges and practice areas.

Imagine beginner golfer clinics after work, clubhouses remaining open late with outdoor areas set up for networking under the night sky. Seasoned players would appreciate the opportunity to continue to perfect their technique as the sun sets. Golf clubs can extend their operating hours, increase revenue, host memorable events, and provide a welcoming environment for golf enthusiasts to socialise, all while showcasing their beautiful courses in a new light.
