Enhancing Golf Performance Through Pilates: A Journey of Mindful Movement

Last week's Pilates for Golfers Clinic at Kingston Heath Golf Club Heath was an absolute delight! Hosted by the amazing Belinda Goldfinch, attendees were treated to a harmonious blend of movement and mindfulness, perfectly aligned with the principles of Pilates.

Guests were selected between a fundamentals golf clinic or a Pilates session before lunch, and we were excited to see a third of the group opting for the latter. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, with particular praise for the focus on breathwork techniques, which attendees found immediately applicable to their time on the golf course.

At the Australian Women's Golf Network, we've been listening to our members' growing interest in wellness, and we're thrilled to announce that we'll be incorporating more wellness-based activities into our golf and networking event days moving forward.

Stay tuned for our Q2 wellness schedule, where we'll be introducing more complimentary sessions designed specifically for women, by women. Your holistic well-being is our priority, and we're committed to providing you with enriching experiences both on and off the course.
